Border School Image St. Mary Public Inter College is an unaided English Medium School. It is recognized by the Anglo Indian Schools Board upto Class VIII and Class IX to XII is recognized by U.P. Board.
The School was founded in the year 1988 by Founder Principal Late Mrs. Rehana Rehman and the Founder Manager Mr. Aamir Siddiqui in a very remote area of Lucknow (Amberganj) in a rented building of two rooms with 35 students in the first year and at present this School is imparting education to about 2200 students with 80 teaching and non-teaching staff.
This area was very backward and undeveloped and it was need of time that an institution should be established in this locality which could help growing children in their mental and physical aspects principally, the society believes in co- education and admits boys and girls for educating them. At all there is no bar on sex and believes that boys and girls should be taken up together to maintain the status-quo of good healthy morals, mentality for building a well- established strong nation.
This is a well-established fact that the present time belongs to the age of Science, but balance is also to be kept in mind, i.e., technology, skill and spiritual outlooks is not to be perturbed, which is equally necessary for peaceful atmosphere of living.
This institute conducts classes from the Pre-primary grade to class XII with the objective of presenting its students for U.P. Board, Allahabad.
Besides catering the scholastic needs of the students, the school attaches great importance to physical training, sports & games, competition and other extracurricular activities. The school programmes and competitions are occasions to display their talents and therefore the school will seek positive response and co-operation from the parents.
